Coil Bar Peeling
All Ironman Coil Springs are wound from cylindrically ground (Bar Peeled) material.
All Ironman coils with 18mm wire thickness and below are Cold Wound, rather than the traditional Hot wound method used by most other suspension manufacturers.
Coil coiling ensures flawless material uniformity and consistency, with major benefits in elasticity and endurance.
Scragging, Load Testing and Shot Peening are all part of the Ironman manufacture and testing procedure for each and every spring.
Produced from high quality SUP9 steel, providing raised height and available for up to 5 different load varieties, to ensure your ride is both strong and flexible.
All Ironman coil springs have been carefully designed to provide a safe, comfortable ride while also providing additional ground clearance.
Ironman coil springs are made from the finest silicon manganese spring steel available. All coil springs are computer designed and tested prior to mass production.
CNC Cold Coiling
Produced from high quality SUP9 steel, Ironman 4x4 Coils are CNC cold wound and bar peeled for maximum reliability and consistancy.
Ironman coil springs are coiled on automatic, computer-controlled coiling machines and heat-treated at precise temperatures.
After heat treatment, every coil spring is ‘shot-blasted’ to ensure long life, preset to its solid height and load tested to avoid spring sag.
All springs are electro-static powder-coated for a gleaming appearance.
Available in raised height and perfectly matched to Ironman 4x4 Shock Absorbers.
